Small black circles at the top and bottom of panorama

Has anyone noticed the black circles at the top and bottom that show up when you upload a panorama to TourWrist? It shows up on all of my uploads but on the more professional panoramas I've seen on the site, there are no circles. Any ideas? Thanks

Are you sure the width/height ration on your images are 2/1?
