Sharpening differences in Pano2vr and Panotour

I discovered that pano2vr and panotour pro has different output according to sharpening.

These two panos was made from the same panorama

Panotour standard settings:

Pano2vr 1024x768:

Notice that the panotour is really sharp (a little bit too much maybe). It can be seen when the pano starts to rotate in the sharp details
It has to be the internal algorithm (or?). I cant see where to tamper with this setting.

Have you noticed the same?

Pano2VR has a selection of Interpolation Filters to choose from. File>Settings>Images(tab) Blackman/Sinc being one of the sharpest.

There is no magic setting. Because it totally depends on the images and your workflow. Some will be soft, sharp or over sharp and you will need to change the Interpolation Filter to suit. Or know where to back off in your post processing of your RAW images.
