I learned that there are no stupid questions, only stupid answers
With a "little" bit of knowledge of web creation it is possible to get your pano's working online on your own website. The panorama GUI software creates all the files for you and you just have to get the files on your web server (normally through FTP) and make links from your website to the .html file of the panorama which is created by the software.
Read following thread also to form an idea; www.panoguide.com/forums/qna/9609/
When the panorama files are added to your website, everybody with Adobe Flashplayer installed (+90%) will be able to view your panorama's. Lately also HTML5 is used to make it possible to view panoramas on iDevices as Apple OiS doesn't support Flash video. Both Flash and HTML5 formats are output by Pano2VR and Panotour. As far as I know, HTML5 output is under development for Flashificator.
When you don't have your own website yet, you could also start by hosting your panorama's on sites like Tourwrist or 360cities.net

Hi Sabine, I am a little disappointed in this matter...Yes, you can create point hotspots taht link to videos for example with panotour pro but the video size must be small...When you open the tour and click on the hotspot you won't see anything if the video hasn't downloaded yet...If you want to offer the viewers of your tour good quality HD videos your video can be about just 20 seconds long...When you compress videos or shoot in low resolution you might put longer videos into your tour...But still it was not what I expected it to be...You can put videos also in polygonal hotspots as shown in the video tutorials of panotour pro...But here are the limits much lower...What you can put into a polygonal hotspot is a tiny video stream of low(est) quality...A video which is very short and repeats itself again and again...I was also disappointed that videos don't run on i-devices (both; videos linked through point hotspots or embedded in polygonal hotspots are not iOS compatible)...Just for your information... I don't know of such limitations Burak... haven't heard of them before.
Putting full length feature movies (90 minutes / 700mb) as distorted hotspots in Flashificator projects, clicking those for "flyout" effect and thereby a bigger display, is done without any problem. The only issue would be one's server and one's download speed.
You can check out the following tour by Jon Baxendale, that contains several videos inserted. Choose the second pano (central thumbnail on top frame). Each video could have been provided with a bigger display option:

As to iOS not being able to do the simplest of things... that is simply because it is low tech and limited... just the way Apple wants things to be (if that was not true, Apple would for sure provide more capable devices to their customers... but they don't). _______________________ Trausti Hraunfjord User Gallery Examples flashificator.com/gallery.htm
