Hi, I make some areal 360 panorama. I wonder if its possible to add property boundarys from a transparant .png picture? If not, does anyone knows how to create such lines as a map for reel estate property? Do I have to draw the lines seperatly on every single picture?
Thank you Håkan Lindren www.flycam.se

Hej Håkan och välkommen.
Could you link to a mock-up picture of what you have in mind?
... and it would also be good for people to know what panorama software you are using, in order to give player specific instructions.

Hi, and thank you! wow, what a great panoramas you have done! I have a lot to learn!
I use pt-gui and pano2vr.
I have this property boundary map that I plan to use after some photshoping.
This picture is bigger than one single picture before I stich them together. There would not be any problem if there was only one picture. So I wonder if someone knows a way to add property boundary as a overlay somehow...

Thanks for reply,
I wish to have the lines on the ground as it marked out where the boundarys are. Like it was paintet on the ground.

There are variables borderColor and borderWidth, you can define. Set areaColor="none" for no mouse-over color Or - maybe I don't understand what you want.

Håkan, You could try the following: In Pano2vr, extract a patch looking straight down and zoomed out as much as possible. Open the patch in Photoshop, then open the map in a new layer. Set the opacity for the map layer so that you can see the image through the map. Then zoom, pan and rotate the map layer until the boarders match the locations of the boarders in the extracted image. Save the patch and update the panorama in Pano2vr with the patch.
