Final product for client.
Posted: 12 Nov 2012 at 20:49 GMT
Hi, I dont know how many (if anyone) will respond to this question after my previous post about the crack, but I will try.

Now after testing for all weekend different softs I still have not understand what will be the final file I need to send to potential future client what he can use after in his web? (its a property photography Virtual Tour project Im working on).

On Pano2VR I have created html file but when I send to my friend he can't open it on hes computer, I can on my.

What file I need to create or how can I deliver to my future client a final product for him to use?

Thank you in advance for anyone who will help with this

With Pano2VR you can create a single Flash (.swf) file and you could simply send this file.

If the client doesn't have Flash installed you can make an .exe file using Flash Player.

Download Adobe Flash Player from here
download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/updaters/...

Open your Pano2VR .swf file and from the menu choose "Create Projector". and send this resulting file to your client.

A "Projector" file is simply your .swf file together with a non installing Flash Player.

When you create a finished panorama from Pano2VR it creates a few different files, some library file some to do with your panorama. Your best bet is to output your panorama into a new folder and then zip up the contents and send them all to your friend. This way the panorama will be ready to be viewed in a browser as you wish it to be viewed.

If your client isn't the one developing the webpage that will host the panorama they can just pass the complete package on and the web developer can look in the example page and see what is needed to be included in their page.

Hope this helps,

Robert.
