Some builders create without clicking and keep it moving.?

when we Double click and watch the 360 pano should hold the mouse button. But Some builders create without clicking and keep it moving.
How can such a thing be created? Please take the output method or software related. Thank you.

please answer me how can create exe for play to all computers with moving mouse and without any clicking and holding it?

You need software that can write a tour path/movie track and also output this to either a self contained .swf that can be converted to .exe using Flash Player. Or a program that can export directly to .exe
Understand .exe is only good for PC and not MAC.
Tourweaver Pro software can do this. As I'm sure others can also.
