Yes, I got a similar piece of email SPAM.
Obviously the Tourwrist/Panoguide server has been hacked.
My SPAM killer dealt with it via it's content. But this is something Tourwrist needs to arrest.

Very early this morning, a spammer used our contact form to reach out to many Panoguide members. Since identifying how they were able to do so, we've already implemented an additional security control that should keep this from ever happening again. I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience/alarm this may have caused you. I'd also like to point out that your email address was never seen or gained by the spammer. Thus, as long as you do not respond to their obviously dubious solicitation, you run no risk of exposing your email address.

Next you will get an apology from the Ivory Coast Government saying that they would like to offer you compensation for the stress caused by the spammer.
You just need to send them your bank account number and pin and they will put it straight in.
Its strange how Government's use yahoo, gmail or hotmail.
