is this tripod setup achievable?

Hi

For a certain projet i need to capture stereo panoramas et about 36cm vertical offset, at the same time.

I thought about a setup with 2 canon 5D with 2 NodalNinja R1, one on top of the other, thanks to a "side arm".

I was wondering what kind of hardware would be needed to achieve this.
