My First Tourweaver 5.0 Flash Real Estate Tour
Posted: 18 Mar 2010 at 3:26 GMT
I threw this together right after I bought Tourweaver 5.0 Standard today so the tripod is showing in each virtual image

The Full-Screen Viewing blew my agent's mind!

She said it will be a great tool to get more listings

Thanx for confirming the buttons were missing.

I tried to replace part of the files from Tourweaver instead of re-uploading the whole thing and relize I made the buttons "invisible."

I'll fix it tonite and let you know so you can check to see if they're visible again.

And I just noticed I screwed up the url too

This will work better

The Zenith in the pool room did not blend too well. Funny since all the other ceilings look good.

I noticed that but these are from a real real estate tour that I did a couple months ago.

I don't do as much touch up with them as I do for higher paying work like the hotels I've done recently

One thing the Realtor really liked was the stills being displayed full screen at the same resolution that I deliver them to the agents at; 1800x1200 pixels, so the quality held. Most real estate still photos are sized down to 400 x 300 or smaller

Doug, buttons are back for me. That is a decent presentation for residential real estate.

Would you be willing to share how much would you charge for that presentation including the time to go onsite and shoot the images? Send me an email if you do not want to post that publically.

I haven't decided what to charge for the tours made with Tourweaver yet.

What you're seeing is actually 2 products put together

I charge $69 for the 15-20 HDR/Enfused still photos that were used in the tour

For a 4 scene virtual real estate tour, no still photos just virtual images. I charge $129.95.

Out of the $129.95 I have to pay $19.95 for distribution to Realtor.com and $5 for hosting.

Subtracting some other expenses, I estimate I make $165 for a home that I shoot both.

It takes about an hour to shoot the 15-20 stills and 45 minutes to an hour to shoot the 4 virtual tour scenes

I can shoot one in the morning and one in the afternoon with no problem

I hope to increase the charge for the "tour" by $20 to $149.95

What I may do in the short term is offer the Tourweaver tour at no additional charge for agents who order both stills and a tour of the same house to maximize the income from each home.

That would let me make $189 on one house and $378 for 2 homes shot in one day.

My ideal schedule would be to shoot 2 homes each day on Monday & Tuesday, spend Wednesday processing & posting them, shoot 2 more homes on both Thursday and Friday and process and post them on Saturday during the busy late Spring & Summer with a fewer orders in the late Fall and Winter

I'm converting some old tours of nice homes still on the market to show as samples, this one had great views of the Sandia Mountains
