You must have accidentally flipped the image...because the steering wheel is on the wrong side. wink

Did you just put a tripod in the car, or did you use something more sophisticated?

Stu, You've managed the stitching well but the general image quality leaves something to be desired. I wish I could be more complimentary for my 2000th posting, but it does look like the result of some sort of HDR processing - Photomatix, at a guess. Apart from the usual garish colours and flat contrast, there is a serious loss of shadow detail inside the car. Also, the very first thing that struck me on opening the pano was chromatic aberration on the windscreen pillar on the driver's side. (It tends to get exaggerated at the stretched edge of a widescreen monitor). You should be automatically correcting this on every shot as a matter of course. I think you should be able to get an improved result using conventional processing, but your general shooting technique seems to have worked.

Im guessing Stu must have implemented some of John's suggestions because the pano looks fine to me. There's lack of details in the dark areas, which doesn’t surprise me considering it was shot outside on a sunny day.
Another forum member ( I forget who!) suggested to always shoot car interiors on overcast days to force longer shutter speeds to reveal some shadow details, and prevent blownout reflections.

it also looks like you sorted out the photomatix seam/blending issue, what did you do for that ?
