treejumpers, bluewater

Our localshopping centre (Bluewater) has recently added an outdoor activity "skyframe". The idea is to leave you kids with 2 instructors for 2 hours while you do your shopping. There's ropes, slides, climbing wall and even a cable-glide across the lake! Never had entertainment like this when I was a kid The company is called treejumpers and they've commisioned me to do 3 panos, which could lead to panos of their other play centres. If they're happy with the product when I show it to them tomorrow. We had a lovely week of sunshine, but as luck would have it, the only available timeslot for shooting was dominated by grey clouds. Aaarghhhh. www.360ukproperty.co.uk/clients/treejumpers/bluew... www.360ukproperty.co.uk/clients/treejumpers/bluew... www.360ukproperty.co.uk/clients/treejumpers/bluew...

I saw this on Saturday (on a nice blue sunny day!) whilst being the pack mule for my other half's shopping bags. The kids were climbing all over it obviously having fun.

The pano would have looked much better with kids on having fun, but sadly, the parents would have had to sign a form to say its OK for me to photograph their kids....

Gus, I sympathize; Political Correctness gone crazy. Arn't there days for serious adult climbers only? Sunny ones of course. As a panorama exercise your three scenes are fine, but for promotional purposes... (Well you fill in the blanks) Good wishes, Mark

Hello Gus, very nice panoramas with remarkably colors and atmosphere.
I think it would have a lot to gain if people would be present because of proportions (at first, as I saw the first one very zoomed it seemed to me it was really huge, so I couldn't understand the parents leaving their kids for two hours in such a great danger - in spite of the instructors); then with a cheerful and sunnier day the promotional sense of it would be more convincing and thirdly as a personal opinion, the road near the climbing wall seems to me inappropriate since people do over-breath in effort and the road puts very close all the cars exhausted gases to their lungs, so for the third one another station point would be a gain.
Regards, Valentin

Thanks for replying. I've offered to re-do the shots on a sunny day and have the 2 instructors active in the shots. They can move from location to location during the shots.
Good point about the climbing wall next to the road.....Bet they never thought about that!
