Hi, Oender, you're right. this church is indeed near mexico city! I live in China. And this one is taken by my friend there. At that time, he is a newbie and I taught him photography, adjust pano head, pano stitching, etc. really funny. But now he doesn't need me anymore.

I think I'm begining to get the picture. The pano has a sentimental value.
What camera did you used? if you have the original photos and pleases you for letting me to try to stitch a pano from those, let me know.
still curious about what is the name of the church in this pano, Dorin

Hi vargas, who are you? are you danny, i took that pano, is in xalapa, veracruz mexico, 300km from mexico city, the name of the church is "Ilgesia de San José" here its some info in spanish about that church:
Iglesia de San José (Xalapa): construcción colonial de estilo barroco que data de mediados del siglo XVIII y perteneció originalmente a la orden franciscana. En esta iglesia fue bautizado el presidente Antonio López de Santa Anna. El templo está situado al final del callejón"Jesús te ampare", siendo uno de los monumentos mejor conservados que representan el tiempo de la época colonial.
I have the domain xalapa.com and this is one of the panos of the city, unfortunatelly i didnt have the time to finish the site .
I took that pano with a rebelxt sigma 8mm and a homemade panohead.
Here are other panos from xalapa:

Hi all, glad I found the name "Ilgesia de San José" thanks,
When I saw the flash version posted here I've maded an offer about me to try to stitch a pano from the original photos.
Now that we know the photographer, the offer is still in place, if you have the original photos (hope RAW) you can send to me an zip archive with those via sendspace.com (up to 300mb/volume), but sure you can decline the offer, I perfectly understand no need to explain further.
I'll not publish anythig, after the stitch I will sent the pano back to the sender, you'll be abble and free to use that whaterver purpose you consider to be appropiate.
thanks, Dorin
