Can't you mask out those areas in the other images that show through and make the ghosts? Blurry is one thing, ghosts can be reduced somewhat.

I think this version is much better. But there are many faults in the sky which catch my eye. You have banding from either poor work flow or over compression. Dust spots and a dark blob right at the zenith. Show these a little attention and the panorama will be improved.

DemonDuck, There shouldn't be any "See-thru" ghosts anymore or have I missed any?
Smooth, I have increased the jpeg quality to reduce the sky banding effect but this has a cost of course...
