Help with Mac Presentation

Hi folks!
I am not a Mac user and know nothing about them, even though I jealously look at them, wishing I had enough money to buy one.
However, after weeks of carefully preparing a presentation CD, with a good GUI and carefully reworked images, and having created an exe file with autorun, I need now to be able to make this work on a Mac, to ensure that everyone can see it.
But how?
It seems to me that the exe is self-loads Flash, but what can I do to make it Mac compatible?
I am a little confused by the whole thing.
Looking forward to some sage advice.
Jon

How did you do this presentation. Is it with a flash projector?
If you used some of these multimedia applications I have seen recommended here you can probably not do anything at all. Unless it has an option for exporting a Mac flash projector.
If the presentation was made with FPP or KRpano it was just a matter of exporting a Mac .app and a Windows .exe file.

I see this was the wrong forum!
It was made with Swish Studio. This was the only means I could find that allowed it to open in full screen.
I would gladly use the Flash projector, but this seems to limit the size of the opening window.

With FPP you can set it to open directly in Fullscreen
