Used Nikon D200 body + 2 Batteries + Charger

Just bought the D300 so getting rid of my D200.
It's in good shape. Couple specks in view finder and a trace of dust on the sensor. The little cap that covers the remote shutter release is missing. I'll throw in a battery and the charger as well. Also has the manual and "no promises" but I'll try to dig up any added cables but assume not.
